 Waste Collection If you have more garbage bags than what fits into your green garbage tote, please place the bags directly beside your green tote. Waste Management will not pick the bags up unless they are directly beside the tote. Grass Clippings Please do not blow/sweep your grass clippings onto the street. This causes the storm drains to plug. Back Alleys Please avoid using the back alleys when it is wet or muddy. It would be appreciated if you could park on the street during those times. Cabri Community Garden Group The Cabri Community Garden Group will be beautifying the former Lucky Dollar Store Lot (kitty corner to the Town Office). If you would like to volunteer for this project, please advise the Town Office or Wendy Johnson. Moose If you see a moose in Town, please call the Town Office immediately. Pick-up After Animals Residents are reminded of the following clause in the Town's Animal Control Bylaw. "Where an animal defecates on any public or private property other than the property of its owner, the owner shall cause such defecation to be removed immediately." Please ensure you pick up after your animal. Deadline Approaching The deadline for the submission of recipes for the Cookbook the Cabri Library will be publishing as a fundraiser is July 31st. Get your recipes in by visiting the Cabri Library page on the left hand side to submit your recipes. Forms can also be picked up at the Town Office. Watering Schedule Even Number Houses: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 6:00 am to 9:00 am & 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Odd Number Houses: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 am to 9:00 am & 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday – NO WATERING Standpipe – Domestic Household Use ONLY Elm Tree Pruning Ban The Elm tree pruning ban is from April 1st to August 31st. Attention: Groups, Committees, Organizations, Clubs, Etc. Please submit your meeting and event dates through the button at the bottom of the middle section of this page. This will help groups scheduling future meeting dates and events to avoid conflicts with persons who volunteer for more than one thing. Parking of Trailers on Town Lot If you have a trailer parked on the Town-owned lot on 4th Street North, please register the same with the Town Office. Your license plate number and a description of the trailer will be required. If you have already registered your trailer for 2012, it is not necessary to do so again.
